TUFF SYSTEM SCAFMARKING MACHINE
Developed by TUFF to complement our existing and established range of scaffold security marking systems. The System Scafmarking Machine can emboss your company information on almost any type of round, square or flat Tubular or flat frame access equipment. This machine has adjustable pressure and speed. It does not require a skilled worker to operate. Equipment from manufacturers such as Kwikform, Climastage, Cuplock, Allround and Layher, can be easily be marked. A quickly detachable die and roller assembly enable different tube diameters to be processed and by specifying this and other additional optional equipment, rectangular components, adjustable shores and form work can be marked as well.

Scaff Tube Marking Machine
TUFF SCAFF TUBE MARKING MACHINE
This is an electro / hydraulic machine. This high speed machine can be operated by an unskilled person. It can permanently security marks galvanized, black or aluminum parallel scaffold tubing along its length. The electro / hydraulic driver is smooth running and resistant to shock loads or jamming caused by distorted tubes. This machine can security embosses 48.3mm diameter tubing. The ring die embosses up to 53 characters. It embosses at a speed of approximately 25 meter per minute. The marking ring die is hardened for durability. The ring die can be easily replaced when required. For special applications, a composite ring die with interchangeable letters is available as an option. It is a cost saving option in the case when stamp marks are damaged or worn off.

Composite Stamp Holder and Loose Stamps
There are two types of stamps.
- Fixed type. (This is a solid round stamp. It is one pc. ) If any letter breaks / gets damaged then it cannot be repaired, hence a waste.
- Composite Die holder with loose stamps. (In this type of stamp, we provide you lose letters of your choice. These letters are kept in the required order in the holder then used. In case any letter breaks or goes bad during working then that particular letter is changed. This way the total stamp is not wasted. You can keep on changing combinations of stamps as per requirement. Normally, people keep stock of stamp letters enabling them to replace when ever needed. This holder holds total 53 letters.
